Our packages are sure to fit the needs & budget of your special day. Whether you are looking for day-of coordination or a full stress free service package, SIS will be able to handle all the details and bring your special day to life.
All services require a 50% deposit during contract signing. The deposit locks in your date & services. Payment plans are available for parties larger than 100 guests. The remaining deposit is due two weeks prior to the event date.
Travel Fee: There is a $1 per mile travel fee after the first 75 miles from the Tucson office.
Travel Accommodations: Basic travel accommodations (airfare, room & board, and transportation) will be included in the contract price for events outside of the Tucson or Phoenix metropolitan areas.

Event planning is tough, let us ease some of the stress with as-needed consultation. Even if you want to handle planning your own event, you can enlist us to design place settings, favors, vendor recommendations, errands, and so much more!

Our stress free package is sure to take the weight off your shoulders and allow for you to enjoy your special day. We offer a start to finish planning service where we handle everything from event development, design, hiring all vendors, timelines, invitations, guest list management, down to the clean up after your event. This service includes phone and/or in-person meetings, and an end of event summary.

Social Celebrations

Social celebrations are supposed to be fun and exciting. Let us take the stress off your plate and handle the details of your special celebration. Whether a baby shower or milestone birthday, we will execute your vision within your budget to ensure you enjoy the celebration along with your guests!

Teen (13-19) celebrations start at $150
Adult celebrations start at $250
